I bought four traps from Neil to try to control the damage the raccoons were causing to our deer corn spin feeders as a last resort (nothing else has worked). Very well built and clever design. Worked magnificent! Caught two the first night using the bait supplied by Neil. I do not care to attract any raccoons - just the opposite, but since they are coming for the corn I just released the spring and filled them up with corn before I left the lease. When I go back I will simply put more corn and a little of Neil's bait in them and reset the trigger.

From the business side, Ztraps are a great tool, from the fur trapper side of me, they are the only coon trap I will use. The strong springs, greater surface area on the trigger, powder coating that WILL last, and the fact that they come out of a box ready to rock n roll with zero tuning required. I am more than willing to help prove these traps are the best. I have some Ztraps that have seen coons every day for the whole month of November, I tossed them in storage pulled them out in the summer for use with my Nuisance Control business without an ounce of tuning.

I want to thank you for the CamoZ traps that I purchased this past spring I absolutely love them. I made one mistake with them I put two traps at the edge of the cornfield and staked them apart so they would not touch each other when staked, but I guess that was not far enough. You will see what I mean when you look at the photo I sent along with this Email. By the way, I first saw your Ztrap when I was at Don Powell's Mink fest in October 2012. I thought I would mention that I am a minker at heart.

When you want to pick big coons right out from under you competitions nose! I go with camo Z-Traps and Z-Best coon bait.

Ztraps are great, I have never had a coon get out of them. I just put cat food below the trigger and sardines at the top.

Neil thought I would drop you a note and a couple of pics. The Z Trap is a great asset on my mixed line, water, and land. The Z Trap works great on sand bars and low banks on rivers and streams, they are fast to set and productive. I really like the stabilizer and swivels. I drill holes in the ends of logs and stumps and run all mine on drowners. I now run all Z traps, sold my Dukes, Grizzs, and Coon Daggers. Keep up the good work and look toward to New and innovative products to help the trapper.

Last year l bought 2 dozen ztraps to see how much time they could save me on my line. And they paid me back tenfold. I didn't have to dig as many dirt holes or bead as many traps. My favorite set now is a ztrap on a drowneder line on the river bank. As soon as I get my last fur check I will buy 4 more dozen ztraps. Thanks ztraps for making my life easier.

Very impressed ordered 4/23/2014 and got in on 4/24/2014 they don't mess around once you place the order that nice lady sends it out will order more in the future.

I haven't trapped since I was a kid so I was a little rusty. I wanted to get my kid into the outdoors and I had heard that the Lil' grizz traps offered a lot of action and that's what I wanted to keep my son's attention but I hated that they had to be dipped & waxed all the time and they still rusted out constantly! So I was looking on eBay one day and I found the awesomeness that is the Ztrap. My son caught enough raccoons in the first year to pay off the 12 z-traps I had bought him plus buy 24 more! Hey Neil just wanted to say thanks for making such a great trap, I have 172 of them now, and they are awesome. I use z caps on all my traps and its funny that some people don't understand the many uses and benefits for them, or how much time they save. The fact that the spring can be loaded and pre-baited was enough for me. Thanks again, I have and will continue to promote your traps to every trapper who brings up DP traps!

I was very pleased with the way you presented the ZTraps at Chillicothe, MO. I'm getting back into trapping after 35 years and it's like learning all over again. Hey I just wanted to let you know my uncle and I bought two dozen white z traps to try this year and we are very satisfied with them. So far we have caught 90% of our coons in them and only a few opossum. Since we liked them so much we just traded all of our 1 1/2 coils for 5 dozen more ztraps so that will be all we run from now on. Great product!

Neil, I like the fact that I can directly call you and ask a question with a professional answer. I am not talking to someone that is trying to read Q&A off a computer or book. I am talking with an experienced trapper. I also loved the dozen traps I bought they work awesome. Haven't been trapping in about 32 years and thought I would get back into it. There is a lot of DP coon traps and I wasn't sure which ones to get but you helped me with that decision in a professional manner and I am glad I called you before I bought someone else's product, cause in my book yours are top rate. I gave 2 of my Ztraps to my 14-year-old boy and he caught his first coon. He was very happy and excited. Now more then hunting brings us together we also have trapping to spend time with each other and with the quality Ztraps, I know nothing will get away or slip out. Great trap for coon. I haven't lost any coon. Also, the z-cap is great for keeping mice out and the rain. Raccoon seems not to have a problem flipping the cap off. I preset all my traps at home before leaving.

This bait is great. I got a small sample with 2 traps I ordered. then I got a large pack. I caught nothing but coons with it. after I ran out, I had to use dog food w/grease on it. then I started catching opossums and skunks. which I didn't want. I will use nothing but the z trap food from now on. It's awesome.
